The Sleep Project

For most of my adult life I had difficulty sleeping. I didn't generally have too much trouble falling asleep, but I would wake up, invariably, in the middle of the night and my mind would take off on me - thinking about all sorts of crap that had nothing to do with anything positive.  As I lay there awake, trying to shut my mind down, I would get increasingly frustrated as the hours ticked by.  I was convinced that if I didn't get back to sleep, my next day was going to be horrid. And of course it was.  Those days, however, are long gone - thanks to the wonders of cognitive strategies.  I was fighting a battle I was never going to win the way I was fighting it, but now I can pretty much gaurantee a great night's sleep and great energy the following day.  No medications, no supplements ~ just a bit of preparation, thought control and a big change in perspective.  Watch these videos to learn how!
